		<description>Hello Hamlesh -
Very happy that you enjoy the REC BUYS code xD
I will be working on Version 2 when API 2 is released.
I&#039;m planning more statistics (averages) and also
I want all sites using the code to have a Master Database xD
Cheers -

<description>I&#039;ve tried disabling auto upgrades in the past, the issue is then that I sell out, and have lots of people asking why they can&#039;t buy anymore shares. Not gaining new shareholders means that in the short/medium term I am losing out, and so are my current shareholders.

The other way to look at it, is that the more shares are made available automatically, the more diluted existing shareholders become. Coupled with that the fact that each time an auto upgrade happens, the yield and divs/share drop (as there are more shares available now), this has the effect of pulling the price growth down slightly.

At present, its not hurting leaving the auto upgrades on, its encouraging growth, of shareholder base, price, and eventually yield, as we approach sell out point again, then the whole cycle repeats.

Going to try and get Pirillo&#039;s take on this stuff.</description>

<description>Hamlesh, nice post. I am also interested in whether or not to allow EAv to keep uping my outstanding shares. I just talked with Randy Gage about it and he does not like it, but has not turned it off.

Hmmmm?
