Recently, I’ve been playing with my camera more, making an effort to get back into the swing of “shooting” things and events. I was out the other night, “shooting the moon”, and out once again tonight.

It took me a little while to realize that the best way to keep the camera stable was to lay down on the driveway! My tripod won’t support the weight of the 80-200mm lens.

    Hi there, that’s some nice use of layers. You must have one heavy piece of lens equipment or a very unstable tripod! Either way, good job on adapting your technique to take these shots.

    I think i need to “get back into the swing of “shooting” things and events” too! Now, where’s that camera…

      Well I didn’t have a proper tripod back then, took the shots while lying flat on the driveway! :D Thanks for the feedback :) Yep the 80-200 is a heavy beastie!
